UPDATE: Read this post by Michael Iwasaki – Google Finally Validates Why a Press Release Helps Your Online Exposure and Your Rankings
The success of the modern business depends more than anything else on its ability to reach large numbers of customers via the Web. This site’s primary purpose is to help business owners with their efforts at online marketing. More specifically, we aim to help our clients to fulfill their attempts to convert their efforts into leads, which in turn become potential customers.
We have been discussing the latest business developments with 24-7 Press Release with specific reference to the options of using Press Releases for lead generation, branding and name awareness for any company’s marketing efforts. In a recent conversation with Michael Iwasaki, Senior Business Development (and co-founder) of 24-7 Press Release, a number of exciting developments for the company have been announced – to coincide with their 10th anniversary.
Relaunch of the 24-7 Press Release Site
Iwasaki explained that they are relaunching their website, putting in a variety of new features that will give end users a much more convenient and ultimately an easier experience with the process of submission and distribution of press releases. Additionally new partners have been added, with many of them being industry-specific to bolster all distribution efforts. Acquire Media and Associated Press are among them. The former, which is in the business of digital media, bills itself as “the leading multimedia news integration, syndication and Internet delivery service,” offering such products as NewsEdge, an “integrated real-time news management and delivery solution” for the business professional and such solutions as Syndication Suite, content and delivery. Associated Press is the nonprofit news cooperative that was founded in 1846. Some 160 TV stations, who post news stories directly to their sites, have also entered into this profitable partnership.
The media desk is the “crowning glory” of the new version of the 24-7 Press Release site. Bloggers, journalists and readers can all use this hub, which is rich in features, to find stories that are of interest to them and to track and follow them. In addition, administrators will be enhancing the statistics system so that clients can see the sources of the hits that they receive, and not just how many of them there are. This is something that is handy to know because if a majority of the hits received by a particular company belong to the same group, such as journalists, consumers, freelance writers or bloggers, then the receiving company can modify its marketing strategy to cater to specific interest groups.
Social media is, of course, an excellent way of increasing a business’s Web presence as well as connecting with friends. The press release site will also be adding to their social media sharing tools. Their news widget, too, has been enhanced so that it can now be included in the client’s own website. The client can likewise adjust the design of the widget so that it blends more smoothly into the overall theme of the site.
Special programs and rewards for high submissions, known as the Agency PReferred is available for the specialist Media and Marketing Agency, who submit on behalf of clients as well as their site and services.
